INTRODUCING PIVOT WELLBEING
PROVIDING NUTRITION AND PILATES SERVICES

ABOUT
Pivot Wellbeing is run by Jennifer Hoare. Jennifer is a UK registered Dietitian and STOTT PILATES® certified Instructor, making her uniquely qualified to advise on Nutrition and Pilates. Jennifer is passionate about using nutrition and pilates to help people alleviate and manage symptoms caused by clinical conditions and/or injuries.
Jennifer has worked in both the NHS and private sector as a dietitian treating patients of all ages from babies to older adults across different specialisms. Now, Jennifer works as a sessional Dietitian for the Priory Health and Wellbeing Centre in Oxford and in her own private practice specialising in disordered eating and gut disorders. As a mum to a small toddler, Jennifer understands the challenges of breastfeeding, weaning and feeding a small child. Combined with her experience as a paediatric Dietitian at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, Jennifer can help with fussy eaters, intolerances and allergies such as cows milk protein intolerance.
Jennifer discovered Pilates after experiencing a painful shoulder caused by Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Jennifer has now been practicing Pilates for more than 15 years and qualified as a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor in 2016. Jennifer credits Pilates for keeping her fit, mobile and strong despite living with chronic pain caused by Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
Based in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Jennifer offers online Dietetic consultations and teaches individual and group Pilates in and around Oxfordshire and online.
The relationship we have with food is unique to each individual. Whether you are looking for nutritional advice or Pilates, I will always work with you to develop a personalised plan that will help you meet your goals to living a happier, healthier, more comfortable life.
Please get in touch, if you'd like to have a chat about how Pilates can help you or to arrange a dietetic consultation.
I look forward to speaking to you soon.
With thanks,
Jennifer.
