BOOK A SINGLEÂ ONLINE CLASS
Prefer to exercise in a group but want to do so without leaving the house? I offer a relaxed and challenging workout. If you're looking for a varied class workout, then look no further. No two classes are ever the same.

I adapt all my classes to suit the needs of those attending and class size is kept small at a maximum of 10.
Online classes are delivered via zoom every Saturday at 9.30am.
You can either book on a pay as you go basis or purchase a class pass providing a 20% discount. .
