All About Me
I’m passionate about treating the whole person. As a UK registered Dietitian and STOTT PILATES® certified Instructor, I’m uniquely qualified to advise on Nutrition and Pilates. It’s not too much to ask for a better quality of life, one with reduced pain, less fatigue, better sleep, improved movement and a chance to enjoy living life with the people you love. We all deserve to feel better.
I have been in the black depths of chronic pain and I have learned to adapt both what I eat and how I move to lead a life with less pain. My Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTs and Endometriosis left me struggling with bloating, pain, fatigue, dizziness and brain fog. Pilates was no longer enough and I started to feel my body was failing me.
I sought help from many sources and spent hours researching and learning about my conditions to help myself. I took back control of my body and health and you can too!
I remain passionate about pilates and I’ve learned to change how I practice and teach to better suit my bendy body. Before learning about all my other conditions, I also lived with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and I credit Pilates for keeping me fit, mobile and strong.
My job is to help people alleviate and manage symptoms caused by clinical conditions and/or injuries. The relationship we have with food is unique to each individual. Whether you are looking for nutritional advice or Pilates, I will always work with you to develop a personalised plan that will help you meet your goals to living a happier, healthier, more comfortable life.

My favourite meal is ‘Fish and Chips’
I am most at peace by water, the sea, lakes or even a local reservoir but I’m not a natural swimmer
