Type of Support: Womens Health Nutrition and Pilates Package

I have just completed an online nutrition and pilates package with Jennifer to address endometriosis and PCOS symptoms. With her wise advice, fruit of her professional experience and expertise, I have managed to control my constant pain which has reduced considerably. She suggested some changes in my diet which have really helped with my daily symptoms and she adapted each pilates class to my needs, creating a programme of exercises to keep pain under control. Jenny is amazing, really friendly and professional and her lessons are never boring. She offered a variety of exercises and she analysed my situation and monitored my progress and improvement carefully listening to my feedback and adapting each class to how I felt that day. Coming from a stressful and tough year of unbearable and debilitating symptoms, this package has really made a difference and improved my quality of life. Having also attended her face-to-face pilates classes for some years, I recommend her sessions 100%. They are really worth! I take advantage to thank her for all her great help!
