I'd like to welcome the wonderful Jo Penny to the Pivot Wellbeing team. Jo is a STOTT Pilates instructor with more than 10 years experience teaching pilates and was in fact my instructor before I decided to embark on my own path to becoming a qualified Pilates Instructor.
Many of you will already know Jo either from her time here in Oxford or as a cover instructor during my maternity leave. Jo specialises in balance, rehab and strengthening the body. Her classes are fun, creative and challenging for your mind and body. She 'helps people find the strength from inside out'.
Anyone that has tried pilates or even any fitness class, will know how important it is to get the right instructor. I loved Jo's classes so I know you will too!
Jo will be taking over the online Fitball class previously held on Tuesdays at 10am moving to Thursday at 10am from 27th October 2022. Please check the timetable for the remainder of Octobers classes.
